Global marketing and sales processes can be triggered by both supply and demand. We can start in finding the right solution whşch şs requested by a customer or start looking for a customer for a company. Process starts when we contact the company.
We follow “Requirement Analysis and Strategy Development Process” As the first step, we review the vision and the goals of the company together. It is crucial that vision must focus on global sales and defined goals must be defined in line with this vision. When we agree on the global sales vision and goals supporting the vision, we can define the future tasks to be performed within this framework.
Next step is competition analysis. We review the technical specifications of the products or the scope of services, quality, production rate, lead time, pricing policy and management processes from competitiveness perpective. In other words, we review the entire process from the first discussion over product to delivery. All those reviewing process has touches of experience. In the past we witnessed too many situations. For example, you have a very good product, you play the game perfect and receive an order but due to production rate you could not be able to deliver on time. Check this one too. During the tender process, you were requested to deliver a technical analysis, but you fail to deliver on time. In the we never say that “we have the right product, so let’s start”, we check everything in advance.

We build strategic goals, road map and success criterias on top of the competitiveness analysis. For example, we can say “we aim to sell this product to the defined customers, in a defined time frame, with defined business models.”
Some companies may have variour requirements in meeting those solid goals. They may have to invest on production equipment to meet the delivery rate requirements in the market, have to establish a global sales department or have to be certified by some authorities. We define all of those requirements in the “Requirement Definition” phase. GLOMAS makes a difference at this point, we provide investment service to meet the requirements.
